Technical Notes

For the best experience please use an Up to date Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Opera.  It is also recommended that you have the most recent version of adobe reader for embedded document viewing on the PC.

If you have Internet Explorer 7, it is strongly advised that you update to Internet Explorer 8 (XP) or 9 (Vista and Windows 7) (freely available from Microsoft).

- If you receive a script error with Internet Explorer 7, please click yes to continue.
