Rainbow Angel (Thunder Bay, July 29/10)   Despite official weather warnings, a tornado didn’t touch down in the Thunder Bay area on Tuesday.  However, people in the city saw an unusual site in the evening sky: a double rainbow. Fr. Luigi Filippini took this picture of the war memorial on the grounds of St. Andrew’s Church in Thunder Bay. To the right of the statue, a rainbow is clearly visible.
