Catholic Faith

The Roman Catholic Church welcomes new members.

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (R.C.I.A.) is a process for initiating new members through a gradual spiritual formation process. If interested please see the associated R.C.I.A. page.

The Adult Faith Education and Formation Office provides services to parishes in areas of religious information, to foster a personal relationship with the Risen Lord, to facilitate growth in leadership in the faith community, to heighten awareness of social needs and to evangelize.  The Adult Faith Office also offers Catechesis such as Reel Reviews with Fr. Luigi, Literature, and YouTube Videos on past talks and events.

The Catholic Resource Library is part of the Adult Faith Office.  Books, DVDs and resources can be borrowed to those who wish to know more about the Catholic Faith. Simply come visit the Pastoral Centre to see what we have to offer.

Religious goods are available for purchase from the secretary at the Pastoral Centre. Items can be sacramentals, books, items suitable for Confirmation or Baptism, and other resources.  Feel more than welcome to view our featured items page.

Fr. Mike Mahoney is Vocations Director for the Diocese of Thunder Bay. If you feel called to the Diocesan priesthood or simply want to talk about vocations in the Catholic church, please visit the vocations section.
