It is with great pleasure that we announce to the diocese that Reverend Douglas McClure, a former Anglican priest and a convert to Catholicism, who is a member of St. Patrick’s Cathedral parish, has been given permission by Pope Francis to be ordained as a Catholic priest.

The ordination to his diaconate will take place at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 7 pm. (new date)
